McWeeney Research Group

Dr. Shannon McWeeney is the Chief Data Officer at the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute and Professor and Vice-Chair, Divison of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology in the Department of Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology, and a Faculty member in Biostatistics, OHSU/PSU School of Public Health. In 2010, Dr. McWeeney was selected as a Kavli Frontiers of Science Fellow.

The Biodev group is comprised of PhD and Masters level staff scientists, affliliated faculty, programmers and staff that are all dedicated to solving research bottlenecks via applied statistical and computational methodological development.
